1. The license
Oak Forest Robotics LLC grants the licensee named on the license certificate a perpetual, non-exclusive license to install each licensed course in the licensee's learning systems and to make it available to any number of the licensee's employees, and to contractors working for the licensee, for training.
2. Who the licensee is
The licensee is the office named on the certificate: for example a department, bureau, agency component, state agency or local government. Another component of the same department is a separate licensee unless the certificate names the whole department.
3. What you may and may not do
You may copy the course within your own systems, host it on your learning management system, choose its scoring setting, and print its materials for your learners. You may not sell it, sublicense it, or distribute it outside the licensee, and you may not remove its source citations or this notice.
4. Updates
For one year from the date of issue, Oak Forest Robotics sends updated packages at no charge when a course's official sources change or a correction is made. After that year you may choose to buy an annual update renewal. If you do not, your license to the versions you already have continues unchanged.
5. What the courses are
Each course is taught only from official U.S. government sources, which it names, and every quiz question shows the exact sentence it was written from. The courses are training, not legal advice. If you find a statement that does not match its source, tell us and we will correct it at no charge.
6. Accessibility, privacy and security
The courses are built to Section 508. The packages install nothing, make no calls outside your learning system, and send no learner data to Oak Forest Robotics.
7. Federal and public-sector buyers
For a U.S. federal government licensee, these terms apply only to the extent they are consistent with federal law and the terms of the order. Any term that would require the government to indemnify, renew automatically, accept the law of a state, or pay before funds are obligated does not apply. The same courtesy extends to state and local governments under their own procurement rules.
8. Delivery and support
Licensed courses are delivered through a private download link with your license certificate. Questions and fresh download links: Gabriel@oakforest.co, answered within one business day.
