Oak Forest Robotics LLC builds private, offline-first household intelligence. Our architecture is the policy: the system is built so that personal data stays on hardware its owner controls. This page says plainly what we collect, what we do not, and how to reach us.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you write to us through a form, an inquiry, or a conversation on this site, we keep your message and the address you gave, so we can answer you. We keep those for up to twelve months and then delete them.
• Ordinary web logs. Our hosting records requests: page, time, coarse location, and browser type. We use these to keep the site working and to count how many people read a page.
• What an account holder stores. If you hold an account with us, we keep what you put in it so we can give it back to you.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data, and we never have.
• We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not build advertising profiles.
• We do not use your private content to train models for anyone else.

YouTube API Services

Our publishing software uses YouTube API Services to upload our own original videos to our own YouTube channels, to attach our own cover images, and to organize our own playlists. It is an internal tool. It is not offered to the public, it has no third-party users, and it does not read, collect, store, or display other creators’ content or data.

By using our software you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of any data it receives is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

We store no YouTube user data. The only credential our software holds is our own authorization to publish to our own channels, kept encrypted on our own hardware and never shared. You can review or revoke any application’s access to a Google account, including ours, at the Google security settings page.

How long we keep things, and how they are deleted

Messages and inquiries: up to twelve months, then deleted automatically. Web logs: up to ninety days. Account content: for as long as the account exists, and deleted when you ask or when you close it. Ask us to delete something and we will delete it, and tell you when it is done.

Children

This site is not directed at children under thirteen and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to gabriel@oakforest.co and a person will answer.

Changes

If this policy changes we will change the date at the top of this page.
