Core capabilities
- Field Training: a catalog of federal workforce courses. AI literacy, AI for acquisition staff, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, a three-course AI red teaming series, cybersecurity (CSF 2.0, zero trust, incident response, supply chain risk, post-quantum migration), privacy, records management, CUI, ethics, FOIA, plain writing and more. Each is narrated, captioned and delivered as a SCORM 1.2 package for the agency's own learning system.
- Courses built from new policy, quickly. We read the Federal Register, OMB, CISA and NIST every morning. When an order, memo or standard changes what staff must know, we build the course from the official text. Example: the course on Executive Order 14434 was built the day the order was published.
- Custom courses from agency material, delivered in 30 days. The material stays on our own machines and is never sent to an outside AI service.
- Field Station: a document workstation that runs with every network path disconnected. It reads, redacts and answers questions about an office's documents, and every answer names the page it rests on.
How the courses are made
- Taught only from official U.S. government sources (NIST, OMB, CISA, GAO, the Code of Federal Regulations and the U.S. Code), each named on the course.
- Every lesson is corrected line by line against its source and independently re-checked before release.
- Every quiz question shows the exact official sentence it was written from.
- Built to Section 508. The packages make no calls outside the agency's learning system and send no learner data to us.
- A monthly check flags any course whose source text has changed, and licensed offices receive updates for a year.
Buying
- Prices and terms are published: oakforest.co/gov/license. One course for an office of up to 5,000 people is $9,500, within the micro-purchase threshold.
- A perpetual license for unlimited learners in the licensed office, with a year of updates. Nothing renews automatically.
- Delivered within one business day through a private download link, with a license certificate naming the office.
Past performance
Field Training and Field Station are new offerings, and no agency has fielded them yet. We invite a first pilot and will give it the founder's direct attention.
