These terms cover this website and the software Oak Forest Robotics LLC offers through it. Using either means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be endured.

What we offer

This site presents our work, publishes writing and research, takes private inquiries, hosts the Robotics Guardian Registry, and gives account holders access to their own instance of our software. We may change, pause or end any part of it. We will say so plainly when we do.

Your account

• Keep your access credentials to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• Do not use the service to break the law, to harm another person, or to attack the service itself.
• Do not attempt to reach data belonging to another account holder.
• You may close your account at any time by writing to us, and we will delete its content.

What belongs to whom

What you put into the service stays yours. We claim no ownership of it and we do not license it to anyone. What we made stays ours: the software, the site, our writing, our published compositions and images, and the marks Oak Forest and Oak Forest Robotics.

Our published works

The music and images we publish on our own channels are original works of Oak Forest Robotics LLC. They are not offered under an open licence. Listening and watching are free; redistribution, resale, or use in another product needs our written permission.

YouTube

Our publishing software uses YouTube API Services to publish our own videos to our own channels. Where our software interacts with YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service apply in addition to these terms.

No warranty, and the limit of our liability

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending it

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York.
